Initiate Your Request

Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original Rhodes Wood box, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
